Every Coressence order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order leaves our hands, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey to you.

All orders are shipped with a tracked service. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Returns
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we make it easy to return.
14-Day Return Policy
Under EU consumer law, you may return any eligible item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
How to Return
- Email support@coressence.online with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We'll confirm your return within 2 business days and send you the next steps.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Received Something Wrong?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@coressence.online within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo and your order number — we'll take care of it immediately.
