Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when Coressence accepts and confirms the order. We may reject or cancel an order because of product unavailability, an obvious error, suspected fraud, payment failure, or a breach of these Terms. Any amount already collected for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please check your items, quantities, and delivery address before confirming your purchase. Contact us promptly if a change is needed, although changes cannot be guaranteed after preparation or shipping has begun.

Available destinations, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Risk of loss or damage passes to a consumer when the consumer, or a designated third party other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
